THE CALM KIDS CLUB

Introducing the "Calm Kids Club," built on Positive Psychology and well-being practices, tailored to reduce anxiety, stress, and enhance resilience among children from Prep to Year 12.


The Calm Kids Club program offers a supportive environment designed to nurture emotional well-being and mindfulness in children. Through engaging activities and guided activities, kids develop essential coping skills, emotional intelligence, and relaxation techniques.


Our goal is to empower children with tools to manage stress, build resilience, and foster a positive mindset, promoting overall happiness and peacefulness.


Through our program, children develop emotional resilience, empowering them to navigate life's everyday challenges with greater ease. This club fosters a collaborative environment with parents/carers to ensure these strategies at can be used at home and in the wider community.

MODIFIED 5-7 YEAR OLDS

The modified program runs for eight x45 minute sessions throughout the term. 
This program runs during the school terms. 

Our modified program utilises modelling, visuals and group work to develop early life emotional regulation and positive psychology strategies. 

8-10 YEAR OLDS

$360


The program runs for eight x60 minute sessions throughout the term.

Children will learn mindfulness, positive psychology strategies, understanding own emotions and ways to better manage life stressors, worries or anxious feelings and behaviours.

Working through a wide range of mindful activities each week and take home resources, this program will help children develop coping strategies that they will be able to continue to utilise as they grow.

11-13 YEAR OLDS

$360


The program runs for eight x60 minute sessions throughout the term.


Pre-teens will learn mindfulness, positive psychology strategies, understanding own emotions and ways to better manage life stressors, worries or anxious feelings and behaviours. In a way that aligns with common concerns for this age group including school, friendships or conflicts. This group offers a more mature space for children to explore and develop essential life skills.


Working through a wide range of mindful activities each week and take home resources, this program will help children develop coping strategies that they will be able to continue to utilise as they grow.
