Girls from 5 to 16 years old can participate in interactive well-being workshops.
Foundations for Childhood aims to develop a positive mindset, inner confidence, and resilience in young girls through offering Girl Power Workshops.
Positive psychology ideas underpin the workshops, which are delivered through fun, creative, and engaging activities.
Girls complete our courses with a better understanding of themselves, a greater sense of control over their own lives, and a greater sense of social awareness.

Girl Power Workshops
Our Girl Power Workshops are designed to inspire and empower young girls by focusing on key areas of personal growth and development. Each workshop covers five essential topics: individuality and strengths, friendship, growth mindset, resilience, and gratitude. Through a variety of fun and interactive activities, girls will deepen their understanding of themselves, build lasting friendships, and develop important life skills.
We offer Upper and Lower Primary Groups, with the flexibility for girls to age up or down depending on their individual age, stage, and group availability. This ensures that each child is placed in an environment that best supports their development and learning.
Our School Holiday Workshops are scheduled to run anywhere between 2 and 5 hours, providing an engaging and enriching experience that fits into your holiday plans. The activities in each workshop vary, ensuring that every session offers a fresh, exciting, and impactful experience. By the end of each workshop, your child will feel confident, connected, and empowered to take on the world with a positive mindset.

Our 8-Week Girl Power Program is designed to nurture and empower young girls through a series of engaging, hands-on activities that build confidence, resilience, and positive life skills. Girls can attend for just one term or join us for multiple terms throughout the year, as each term offers different activities to keep things fresh and exciting.
